The All City Art Show opens TOMORROW at the Pump House and runs through May 14th. This showcases the amazing talents of both Central and Logan High School art students. The reception will be held on Friday, April 26th.

Attention all Freshmen, Sophomores and Juniors: Think about getting involved with Central at a higher-level next year and run for a Class Officer position for the 2019-20 school year. Help plan fun events and fundraisers for your class and become a leader here at Central High School. Central is also looking for a Junior or Senior to be the Student Board of Education Representative for Central for next school year. Please see an Administrator if you have questions on becoming a Class Officer of Board of Education Student Representative. Sign up week will be April 23-26 and elections will be the following week.
All Wednesdays through the end of the school year are “Wear Red for Ed” days. Please show your support for public schools and wear red on Wednesdays.
Fishing Club Members: We will have a meeting TOMORROW at 7:10 AM in Room 325. See Mr. Laxton if you cannot attend. We be talking about rules/regulations for the first Central Fishing Tournament starting next Friday.
Students taking the AP Exam should plan on doing the pre-exam paperwork during their Study Hall Period on April 24th and 25th in the New Commons. If you do not have a Study Hall please contact Mr. Beran to make arrangements for doing your pre exam paperwork.
We are still looking for people to participate in the Talent Show next Wednesday during Resource. Space is limited, but everyone is encouraged to try out. Contact Allyson Fergot, Brittany Williams, or Q for a time to audition.
All seniors will attend a brief presentation and voter registration drive during Resource TOMORROW. You will be excused from your Resource to go to the auditorium where members of the League of Women Voters will be on hand to help get you registered. Please bring your laptop as well as a driver’s license, other state-issued ID, or your social security number. This is for all seniors, whether or not they are 18, and whether or not they are already registered to vote. See Mr. Schams for more information
