This week our Student Senate is hosting a School Spirit Week.  TOMORROW will be Decades Day.

From the School Store:  We have been getting the store ready to reopen.  Everything is on sale.  Old logo merchandise is 20% off and many other items are up to 50% off.  Stop in and take advantage of this great sale.  Store hours will depend on staffing.  Check our Facebook and Website pages for times.  This week the store will be open TODAY from 11:00 – 1:00.

Are you looking for a winter coat, hat, gloves, or some new clothes?  Check out the Clothes Closet located on the first floor just down from where the lunch line is.  We also have brand new hats and gloves.  Need something and cannot find it at the Clothes Closet?  Stop by Room 107 or e-mail Mr. Morris at bmorris@lacrossesd.org.  We may have something you need in our back room.

Breakfast and Lunches are FREE to all students until the end of the school year.  Stop in and see what the Cafeteria has to offer.

Lifetouch will be here TODAY to take school pictures in the Hackett Gym.  You will also be receiving your Student ID at that time.  You can order pictures at www.mylifetouch.com.  Picture Day ID is EVTZMQFNN.

Students wishing to participate in alternate fall sports but have not yet completed the on-line athletic registration need to have their parent/guardian complete that as soon as possible.  Students may also check to see if they need a physical by contacting Mrs. Beyer in the Activities Office at lbeyer@lacrossesd.org.

Order your 2021 yearbook for $60 at jostensyearbooks.com or call 1-877-767-5217.

La Cocina is our school/community food pantry for all  families in need.  They provide a variety of canned and other non-perishable food items, toiletries, hygiene products and gently used clothing items.  It is located adjacent to the single door entrance off the Administrator parking lot bordering the Travis Street & Losey Boulevard intersection.  One evening a week it is staffed from 3:45 – 5:30 PM with “no-contact parking lot service”.

Workforce readiness is for everyone.  Join La Crosse Area Professionals and receive help with creating or updating a resume, cover letter, and interviewing skills.  You can join for one session or all.  This event is completely virtual.  Follow the link in the PDF to join the sessions.  No registration is needed.

The Future Center advisor Haley Moe is available for assistance.  You may contact her at hmoe@lacrossepromise.org to set up a meeting.  The Future Center advisors have put together a virtual resource library for students who want or need information regarding topics such as Xello, FAFSA, College Applications and others.  Visit La Crosse Promise Youtube. Students should be looking at and evaluating all options available to them.

Scholarships are a great way to finance your education.  Check the Future Center Scholarship page for opportunities.
