The Adapted Sports League had a great 9-3 win over Logan. The ASL Athlete of the Week is Cha Lee Moua. Come see their last season game TOMORROW at 4:15 PM in the Hackett Gym. Central will also be hosting the ASL Floor Hockey Tournament next week.
Congratulations to the Girls Basketball Team on their victory over Onalaska last night, to the Boys Hockey Team on their win over Holmen/Aquinas, to Snowboarders Kacy Eckhardt & Dawson Fredrickson as top Central finishers and Wrestlers Daylin Haney & Dylan Ellefson who both qualified for Sectionals.
Softball, Baseball, & Track Athletes: There is a mandatory Parent/Athlete meeting Thursday, February 27th at 6:30 PM.
Auditions for the Spring Musical “The Sound of Music” will be held at Logan on February 24th from 3:30 – 5:00 PM and at Central on February 25th from 3:30 – 5:00 PM. See audition posters for details. You may audition at either school. Performance dates are April 24-26.

Friday, February 21st there will be a blood drive here at Central. Sign up to donate blood at the concession stands during both lunches next week.
Students: You are guaranteed a yearbook if you order it by Friday, February 21st for $60. The Spring Extended Edition is $15. Order on-line at www.jostensyearbooks.com. A limited number of yearbooks will be available in May on a first come first serve basis.
NEWS FROM THE FUTURE CENTER:
The Future Center will be visiting UW-Eau Claire on Monday, March 9th. This will include an admissions presentation, tour, lunch and conversations with Alumni. Pick up a permission slip and get your name on the sign-up sheet in the Future Center.
Mayo Health System is holding a Healthcare Series that provides students with opportunities to learn through presentation, simulation, and hands on activities. Registration is required.
Are you a college-bound senior considering a Wisconsin school? You may be eligible for the TIP Grant. Stop in the Future Center for more information.
TOMORROW will be the Hands-On Workshop. Students can immerse themselves in hands-on learning by rotating through a set of different trade opportunities. The Workshop will be held at Logan High School. Registration is required.
The Auto & Heavy Equipment Experience will be held April 16th from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Registration is required.
Health Careers Camps are held in late June. The application is due March 31st and requires a personal statement and two teacher references. Participants must be 16 years or older at the time of the camp.

A representative from the World Heritage Student Exchange Program will be here Wednesday, March 18th at 2:35 PM in Room 232. Stop in to learn about studying abroad or to get information about hosting an exchange student for the 2020-2021 school year.
Seniors who are attending WTC or another Technical College next year: The Accuplacer is being administered at Central on Thursday, March 19th at 8:00 AM in Room 232. The cost is $25. This is a placement exam for students attending Technical Colleges. Sign up in Student Services by Monday, March 16th. Any questions see your counselor or Mac Kiel.
A representative from WTC visits Central every 2 weeks. If you are interested in going to Western or want to learn more about opportunities at the school, stop in Student Services and sign up for an appointment.
