FUTURE CENTER NEWS

Upcoming Juniors and Seniors:  Are you looking for a great way to be involved at Central and make an impact on our incoming Freshmen?  Apply to be a LINK Leader.  This minimal time commitment helps underclassmen transition to Central, is fun, and looks great on a resume.  Applications are due May 11th.

Students who will be age 16-18 by this summer and enjoy nature should consider working as part of the Mayor’s Crew with Wiscorps.  More information can be found at www.wiscorps.org under “jobs” then “La Crosse Mayor’s Crew”.

The Future Center advisor Haley Moe is available for assistance.  You may contact her at hmoe@lacrossepromise.org to set up a meeting.  The Future Center advisors have put together a virtual resource library for students who want or need information regarding topics such as Xello, FAFSA, College Applications and others.  Visit La Crosse Promise Youtube. Students should be looking at and evaluating all options available to them.

Scholarships are a great way to finance your education.  Check the Future Center Scholarship page for opportunities.
