Congratulations to Eden Winga, Ava Krause, and Gloria Tofstad for being selected as semi-finalists in the Wisconsin National Association of Teachers of Singing Fall Auditions.  All three were selected in the High School Classical Treble Division.  Eden was also selected as a semi-finalist in the High School Music Theatre Treble Division and Ava advanced to the finals and was chosen as the winner in the High School Music Theatre Treble Division.

School pictures through Lifetouch Photos have been CANCELLED.  When re-scheduled we will post the new date.

La Cocina is our school/community food pantry for all  families in need.  They provide a variety of canned and other non-perishable food items, toiletries, hygiene products and gently used clothing items.  It is located adjacent to the single door entrance off the Administrator parking lot bordering the Travis Street & Losey Boulevard intersection.  One evening a week it is staffed from 3:45 – 5:30 PM with “no-contact parking lot service”.

Younger Year Photos will be accepted by Mrs. Colburn at lcolburn@lacrossesd.org until December 11th.  Younger year photos are photos of groups of seniors from elementary field trips, birthday parties, or sports teams in their younger years.

The Central Yearbook Staff is offering you a chance to publicly congratulate and wish your senior future success by placing a Parent Ad in the 2021 yearbook.  Postcards from Jostens will be sent out soon with information to create the ad on-line.  The due date is January 15, 2021.  Another option available is to pick up a form in the First Floor Office or request one at lcolburn@lacrossesd.org.  Paper forms are due December 18th.  The cost for each ad is $35.  Questions , contact Lisa Colburn at 789-3085 or at lcolburn@lacrossesd.org.

The Future Center advisor Haley Moe is available for assistance.  You may contact her at hmoe@lacrossepromise.org to set up a meeting.  The Future Center advisors have put together a virtual resource library for students who want or need information regarding topics such as Xello, FAFSA, College Applications and others.  Visit La Crosse Promise Youtube. Students should be looking at and evaluating all options available to them.

Sgt Nick Linder with the Wisconsin Army National Guard is a great resource for students to understand the different jobs and well as the benefits in the National Guard.
