Welcome to our Coulee Montessori E-1 classroom. Our room is comprised of students in first, second, and third grades.  Children in our classroom enjoy using the Montessori materials and working independently or with peers to complete works which they are given a lesson on.  Lessons are presented in the following Montessori subject areas:  Science (Botany, Zoology, Astronomy), Math, History, Culture/Geography, Language, and Geometry.  Students are also instructed in Writing and Reading, with much of the work in this area being integrated in their daily work, as well as our afternoon Literacy groups.

We welcome volunteers and visitors in our classroom.  Please let me know if you would like to spend time in our classroom.  I’m looking forward to another great school year!
