Once approved by a supervising administrator, all non-staff personnel should complete the documents and required tutorials/trainings found below. Also, please bring your original identification documents (i.e. driver’s license, social security card, passport) and a voided check for payroll purposes.

NON-STAFF PERSONNEL FORMS
BEFORE you can begin working;
- All employment paperwork and safety training must be completed and submitted to Human Resources.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check.
- Required physical examination administered at the District’s expense. Further details and instructions will be provided when employment paperwork is submitted to Human Resources.
If you are a minor and required to obtain a work permit for the position that you have been hired for, please provide the work permit to Human Resources when you turn in your completed hiring paperwork. Work permits can be obtained from your high school Guidance Office or through La Crosse Job Service at 2615 S East Avenue, La Crosse, WI, phone 608-785-9307. Please return the completed New Hire Employment Paperwork in the first tab along with your original identification documents (i.e. driver’s license, social security card, passport), a voided check, and a work permit (if applicable) to the Human Resources Office.
