Overview

District Staff Development plays a significant role in imparting the critical knowledge and skill sets teachers require as they design effective learning opportunities for their students, and as they seek a deeper understanding of the needs of our students, staff, and families. Staff Development in the School District of La Crosse is designed to provide training in critical areas and to support the Board of Education’s goals.

Strategic Plan for Educational Equity

With the school district’s adoption of the Strategic Plan for Education Equity in February 2021, our work will have a focus on relationships, relevance, and rigor so as to yield students who achieve at high levels.
