LUNES Y MARTES, EL 16 Y 17 DE ABRIL     Días 3 y 4

We will inspect our papers and our grades as we go over our quiz results (weather).  We will acquaint ourselves with the world’s Spanish-speaking countries by singing the capitals and countries songs from You Tube.  We will use a variety of lists, flashcards, and quizlet games to learn the adjectives that describe nationalities.  We will also learn how to match the adjectives to the gender of the person described….  TAREA:  WS Nacionalidades

MIÉRCOLES Y JUEVES, EL 18 Y 19 DE ABRIL     DÍAS 5 y 6

We will do and discuss GDD. We will compare the use of verbs and adjectives in our sentences.  We will discuss and submit our WS nationalities.  After our break, we will introduce and practice the vocabulary on text p.14 and add our new words to our lists.  TAREA:  Choose a photo of a person to share.  Tell who it is, where they are from, and their nationality using words that we have learned in class.  Try to be factual, but fiction is OK, too.

VIERNES, EL 20 DE ABRIL     Día 1

We will do and discuss GDD using text p. 14. Students will practice asking and answering questions as we share our photos from our assignment.  After our break, we will introduce and practice a variety of adjectives (and related grammar) using text page 15 and a Smartboard presentation.  TAREA:  Add a new sentence (or two!) to your photo from last class–describe your person.
