Welcome to Mrs. Houlihan’s Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) Program website! I am one of the three teachers of the deaf and hard of hearing in the La Crosse School District. Prior to coming to North Woods, I taught at Logan Middle School as DHH Teacher, worked at CESA 4 as an itinerant teacher of the DHH, and taught 7th grade in Merrill, WI.
