My name is Keri Holter and I’m so excited to be your principal!
The excitement of schools and learning is my favorite part of being a principal and I am really looking forward to meeting all of our families. Your input, suggestions, concerns and celebrations are always welcome.
I grew up in Holmen and have enjoyed over 20 years in education. For the first nine years of my career I was a marketing teacher and DECA advisor at Badger High School in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. From there I spent a year as the Teaching Administrator At Ventures Charter School. Then I went to Holmen Middle School where I spent over a decade as the Associate Principal. Equity, trauma-informed education and professional learning communities are just a few of the areas I am dedicated to as a person and professional.
Who I am Outside School
My husband Jason is a teacher in West Salem and I have two sons–one in elementary and one in high school. In my spare time, I love to garden, hike, fish, kayak, read, write and spend time outside. I have a dog, two cats, fish and a lot of wildlife that my family and I watch on a daily basis at our home in the forest.
Please contact me at North Woods at any time and I’m happy to email, speak over the phone or meet in person.
