Hello! My name is Heidi Rouzer and I have been working at Southern Bluffs since 2007. I teach special education students in grades K-2. I grew up in northern Minnesota, but have lived in the La Crosse area since attending college here. I feel blessed to be a part of the Southern Bluffs family and to work with such amazing people:)
