Thanks for taking the time to visit my page! My name is Damian Stanton and I am one of three 2nd grade teachers here at Summit Environmental School. I have been teaching in the La Crosse School District for over 13 years and have lived in the La Crosse area for over 17 years. Originally from Menomonie, Wisconsin, I traveled to La Crosse in order to attend UW-La Crosse where I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Education. Later I would receive my Master’s Degree in Education from Viterbo University. While at school, I met my wife who is also a teacher within the La Crosse School District. Together we have three beautiful children. As a family, we love to watch movies, read books, travel, play games and enjoy the outdoors. Being active is a large part of my life. Assisting my students in becoming active citizens in our community is one of many goals I have as a teacher. With your help, we can all grow to learn and learn to grow.
