Hello! I’m Kim Zachman, the specific learning disabilities (SLD) teacher. I began my teaching career in 1989 in La Crosse and have had the good fortune to teach at Summit School since 1992. I provide reading, writing and/or math instruction based upon individual education programs (IEPs) developed by staff and parents.
When I’m not in the classroom, I enjoy taking photographs, especially of wildlife and nature.
I look forward to working with your child and want to thank you in advance for everything you do to help your child be successful. School and home working together will make a difference!
If you have any questions/concerns regarding your child, I can be reached at 789-8856. The best time to contact me is after 2:40.
Let’s have a great school year!
