Hello! My name is Cathy Leon. I am a preschool teacher. I have been teaching at Summit Environmental School since 2015, but I have worked with children for the last 15 years in other school districts and educational programs such as Head Start. I completed my Bachelor’s degree at the University of Wisconsin La Crosse in Early Childhood. I also completed my Master of Arts in Teaching English as a Second Language through Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ. My goal as a teacher is to help my students become lifelong learners by developing skills that they will need and use in their lifetime. I am dedicated to meeting the needs of all students in my classroom.
I moved to Wisconsin in 2000 with my husband and daughter and we love it here. I enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, gardening, sports, and photography. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends.
