School Meals During Virtual Instruction

Breakfast and/or lunch will be provided on school attendance days Monday through Friday. Students will have the option to pick up your meals or have them delivered. Meal order forms will be emailed out weekly and must be submitted by 8:00AM on Friday for the following week. A new order form must be filled out for each student, each week, using their own keypad number (keypad numbers can be looked up in your Skyward Family Access account, under Portfolio, or by contacting the School Nutrition Office).

Please be checking your email for the meal order forms each week!

If you do need assistance, please call the Meal Order Call Center at 608-789-5880 Monday-Friday 8:00AM-1:00PM.

2020-2021 CALENDAR

Due to the pandemic, Hamilton will not be following the 45-15 school calendar for 2020-2021.  We will follow the traditional September to June calendar which can be viewed here: 20-21 SDLAX-School-Calendar

Our hope is to continue the 45-15 calendar in July 2021 for it’s eighth year.  For those interested in the 45-15 schedule, this innovative schedule uses the same number of days as the rest of the district but disperses them more evenly throughout the year. All “days off” for the rest of the district have been built into our schedule including the longer winter and spring breaks. Between quarters (intersessions), students will be able to register for optional afternoon care through the Boys and Girls Club.

  • same number of school days (just spread out more evenly)
  • all of the breaks for the rest of the district align with ours
  • during our 15 day breaks (intersessions), care will be available when the rest of the district is in session
  • increased student achievement by providing timely intersession help

Programs Available During the School Day:

  • Early Childhood
  • 4 Year Old Preschool
  • Boys & Girls Club Program On Site After the School Day for kindergarten through 2nd Grade
  • Boys & Girls Club Program Off Site After the School Day for 3rd to 5th Grade
