Summer School 2019 Registration/Enrollment
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE: Any student who resides in the School District of La Crosse attendance area may enroll in our summer school program at no charge. Students who live outside the district attendance area, but who were open enrolled and attended a School District of La Crosse School the previous year, may attend at no charge. Any other students living outside the district attendance area may attend where space is available, but will be charged tuition to attend. For more information on the tuition fee, please call the summer school office at 789-8955.
NEW REGISTRATION GUIDELINES: This year, there are three different registration periods. Periods 1 and 2 are for School District of LaCrosse residents and current open enrolled students. Period 3 is for non-district residents and non-open enrolled students. To register online registration: www.lacrosseschools.org/lcsd/summer.

Open for Elem. And Middle School Reading and Math, Kindercapers, and PreSchool Pals registrations ONLY from 6:30am, Monday., March 11 to 4:00pm, Wed., March 20, 2019
➢ Period 2: Online All Course Registration
6:30am, Mon., March 25 to 4:00pm, Tues., April 17, 2019
➢ Period 3: Online registration for Non-residents, Non-open enrolled students
6:30am, Fri., April 26 to 4pm, Fri., May 3, 2019
WHERE DO I DIRECT MY SUMMER SCHOOL QUESTIONS:
If you have questions regarding HIGH SCHOOL ORIGINAL CREDIT or CREDIT RECOVERY courses for the summer, you need to contact the high school your child will be attending.
If your child will be doing an ESY program, please contact the Special Education office.

Students New To Summer School 2019
Any student who lives in the La Crosse School District can attend Summer School. If your child has never attended Summer School, and does not currently attend a La Crosse School District Public School, you will need to do the NEW STUDENT ONLINE ENROLLMENT process if you wish to register your child ONLINE for Summer School Courses.
To complete the New Student Online Enrollment, please go to the School District Homepage. Click on ENROLL IN OUR SCHOOLS, selecting Summer School as the school you are enrolling in for the 2018-2019 school year, and complete the forms listed.
You will then need to either email firstname.lastname@example.org, fax 608-789-8423 or drop off, a copy of proof of your address – utility bill, lease, or piece of US mail with your name and address – and a copy of the child’s birth certificate, to the Summer School Office at the Hogan Administrative Building – 807 East Avenue So.
If you already have one child in your family who has attended Summer School in the past, use your login and password to go into Skyward Family Access where you will be able to click on the button “New Student Online Enrollment” on the left side of the screen, to add your other child so that you can then register them for the courses they wish to participate in. If you have forgotten your login or password, please call the Summer School Office (608-789-8955).
All New Student Enrollments will need to be submitted by 3:00 pm Wednesday, March 20, 2019 for District and currently Open Enrolled students so that the enrollment process can be completed and ready when online course registration opens at 6:30 am on Monday, March 25, 2019; and by 3:00pm on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 for non-district and non-open enrolled students for when their enrollment period opens at 6:30am on Friday, April 26, 2019.
Sometimes things change after the Summer School Brochure has been sent off to the printer. Please check back here to see any updates/changes we have made to the brochure. They could be date/time changes, course cancellations, additional courses added, anything having to do with summer school or the summer school brochure. Be assured we try to keep these to a minimum.
