The inter-district public school open enrollment program allows parents to apply for their children to attend public school in a school district other than the one in which they reside. The 2019-20 open enrollment application period is February 4 – April 30, 2019.
2019-20 Application Period Important Dates:
February 4 – April 30, 2019 – Parents must submit applications on-line.
June 7, 2019 – School district notices of open enrollment approval or denial must be postmarked by this date. If the application is denied, the parent has 30 days to file an appeal.
June 28, 2019 – Parents of accepted applicants must notify non-resident districts whether the student will open enroll in the 2019-20 school year.
