Course Description

Summer Running and Fitness is for anyone who is interested in improving their cardiovascular fitness and health. While the primary focus is on running and cross training to promote cardiovascular fitness, the course also touches on general strength routines, recovery tactics, nutrition, and team building. This course is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED for athletes competing in middle and high school cross country, however it is open to anyone interested in getting/staying in shape.
