Course Description

Learn the fundamentals of wrestling or improve your existing skills in the La Crosse Wrestling Room at Logan High School. The High School Wrestling coaching staff will focus on developing wrestling skills that are applicable to multiple sports in this fun and high energy course. Those who are looking to improve their existing wresting technique, and those considering competing in the sport for the first time are encouraged to attend.

Who: Any athlete interested in wrestling this winter
When: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings 7am-8am (starts 6/11)
